Journalist. Podcaster.

I fell in love with radio as a late-night listener, and got my start in public radio in 2003. It was the first time I’d ever felt truly at home in a job.

After creating The Broad Experience podcast on women and work and hosting it for more than a decade, I’ve pivoted to focus on stories about aging and longevity. I also work with clients to produce and host their podcasts.

I aim for thoughtful, nuanced storytelling in a world that sees everything in black and white.

The Broad Experience

The Broad Experience was one of the first podcasts to take on the subject of women and the workplace. I started it in 2012 with encouragement from two CUNY professors, and could never have predicted it would continue for the next ten years.

Let’s Find Common Ground

Polarization dominates our public discourse, but we’re not always as far apart as we think. A lot of people, from politicians to family members, want to work together for the common good.

Tight Knit

I loved working on this series.

Millions of people in the U.S. and around the world are looking after an older person in their life - an experience that can transform you in all sorts of ways. Those stories often go untold. These podcasts aim to change that.
