In the latest episode of The Broad Experience we look at how women feel about ambition and power. I for one have had a prickly relationship with both. It wasn't until quite recently that I thought of myself as ambitious, and I have tended to look on power as something negative, something that involves trampling all over other people. But there's so much more to having power than that. Guests Nicki Gilmour of The Glass Hammer and Caroline Turner of Difference Works made this a fascinating discussion.
